Academic and Executive Function Coaching

We use positive psychology and strengths-based frameworks to guide our online coaching sessions.

These 50-minute sessions are highly individualized, but typically include:

  • Reflecting on the successes and challenges of the previous week

  • Setting new goals for upcoming assignments

  • Brainstorming effective strategies for overcoming potential roadblocks

We know that each student is unique, so we offer three packages to fit different learner’s needs.

Introductory Package

Once OR twice weekly meetings

Six-week commitment

$165/session


Designed for students who are new to coaching and want to ensure a good fit. Frequency of meetings determined in conversation with student, parent, and coach.

Enhanced Package

Twice weekly meetings

Semester-long commitment

$165/session


Offers the highest level of accountability to implement sustained change throughout a semester. These students are typically college students, or high school students who benefit from additional structure.

Foundations Package

Once weekly meetings

Semester-long commitment

$175/session


Designed for students who have previously received coaching and seek ongoing support to maintain effective strategies. This package is ideal for high school students or college students looking to build on their prior coaching experience.

All packages receive a 5% discount when paid in full prior to the first session.
